At FRD Nutrition, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience — from the moment you place your order until your products are delivered to your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle processing, timelines, costs, and responsibilities regarding the delivery of your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed through frdnutrition.in are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders received after working hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS that includes shipping details and, where available, a tracking number.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability. In general:

  • Metro Cities & Major Locations: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Semi-Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping Offers: Occasionally, we may run promotions where shipping charges are waived. These offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.
  • Additional Charges: Any local taxes, customs duties, or surcharges imposed by regional authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will inform you promptly after order placement and initiate a refund if required.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
  • FRD Nutrition will not be responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable), courier partners usually attempt delivery up to two times. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track the progress of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@evolvelabs.in or +91 9310279453, along with photographs or video proof.
Our team will investigate and arrange for a replacement or exchange as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain events may cause unavoidable delays, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions. In such cases, we request your patience and understanding.
