At FRD Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened supplements, health consumables, or free/promotional items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the issue.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery (as per our return policy).
